Lake Kifuruka

Lake Kifuruka is among the few crater lakes that have sulphuric water which is green in color meaning that the volcanic activity below the lake is still taking place forming the toxic which are associated with the bad pungent smell from the acidic water. This lake is located west of Lake Nyinambuga and has blue green waters which offer stunning views of nature. This lake also has hotels like Ndali lodge which is set on a narrow ridge overlooking this waterbody 100 meters below.
